Here are answers to our most frequently asked questions, if you have a question that is not answered here then please get in touch.
When can I register my child?
To be updated...
Do you accept child care vouchers?
Yes - Childcare vouchers are an employee benefit for all eligible working parents. They're a Government-approved, tax-efficient way of paying for childcare. If you join the scheme, you can exchange up to £243 a month (£55 a week) of your gross salary for childcare vouchers.
Childcare vouchers need to be set up with your employer. Once activated, you can use your vouchers to pay for childcare. Please advise us which childcare voucher scheme your employer uses so we can ensure we are registered with them.
How do I check my eligibility for 30 hours government funding?
In addition to the universal 15 hours of free childcare if eligible you could receive an additional 15 hours per week for 38 weeks free of charge making it up to 30 free hours per week.
To be eligible for the additional hours:
You, and any partner, must each expect to earn (on average) at least £120 a week (equal to 16 hours at the National Minimum or Living Wage)
if you, or your partner, are on maternity, paternity or adoption leave, or you're unable to work because you are disabled or have caring responsibilities, you could still be eligible.
You can't get the additional hours free childcare if you, or your partner, expect to earn £100,000 or more.
Give us a call or send us an email so we can take all your details and put you onto our waiting list.
Do you have a prospectus?
Yes we do, however we are currently updating this but it will be available shortly. In the meantime please contact us for any information you require and we will do our best to answer all your questions.
